
Brief, your daily catch-all
The brief sits above your chat. It shows a top card (WelcomeCard) and a Today list. Together they tell you what to act on right now, and give you one-tap drafting for each item.
What the top card shows
The WelcomeCard shows three live numbers drawn from your pipeline:
- •**Active leads** with up to 3 names listed. Count of ACTIVE-status leads assigned to you.
- •**Deals closing within 7 days.** Only deals that are not CLOSED or CANCELLED.
- •**Unread inbound messages.** Email, SMS, or calls you have not opened yet.
A tile that has zero items does not render. You see only what is actually waiting.
Today's list
Below the card, Today shows up to 5 priority items. Each item has a type badge, a one-line reason, and a suggested action. The badge types and what triggers each:
- •**NEW LEAD** — contacted 0 days ago.
- •**OVERDUE** — last contacted over 7 days ago.
- •**RE-ENGAGE** — last contacted over 30 days ago.
- •**CLOSE OPPORTUNITY** — deal closing within 14 days.
- •**FOLLOW UP**, **BIRTHDAY**, **ANNIVERSARY** — other scheduled events.
A logged note does NOT reset the 'last contacted' clock. Only an email, SMS, call, or meeting does. If you logged a note and a lead still shows OVERDUE, that is correct behavior.
Drafting a follow-up
Three ways to draft from the brief:
- 1Tap the 'Draft follow-ups' chip on the WelcomeCard. Closr drafts for every buyer or seller you have not talked to in 7 or more days.
- 2Tap the 'Draft' button on any individual Today item. Closr uses that contact's name, stage, and last 3 activities.
- 3Ask Cloe in chat: 'Draft a follow-up for Sarah Jenkins.'
Drafts never auto-send. You review first. If the email address or the name in the greeting does not match the contact on file, Closr blocks the send and asks you to confirm. Email follow-ups include a subject line. SMS stays under 300 characters. Call drafts give you talking points.
Quick chat prompts
Type 'catch me up' or 'who should I call' in chat. Closr returns hot leads (AI score 70 or above), unread replies from the last 7 days, and campaign sends due in the next 24 hours. The brief shows contacts assigned to you only, not the full team.
The brief uses your local calendar day. Opening it late at night may show the next day's brief. It regenerates each day and covers your top 12 leads by urgency, not the full pipeline.
